The billing rules, in plain words: you're billed only for photo-verified visits — GPS pings, drive-bys and spoofers cost you nothing. One billable visit per player per venue per day, enforced structurally. Fraud-flagged proofs are never billed. If your credits hit zero, your cache pauses — you can never owe us money you didn't prepay (Month Anchor overflow excepted, at the published 45c). Your dashboard shows the same ledger we bill from.
